Look Younger in 2008 Without the Knife

Back in the day, the only solution in search of youth has had a facelift, and even then the results are not guaranteed. Today, the medical industry has progressed to the point where the quest for youth is more effective and pose fewer risks. The procedure is quite simple and can be done at the clinic of beauty instead of having to book you in the hospital.

Two popular methods for clearing wrinkles, lines and crowfeet frowns on the edge of your eyes, must either use Botox, or dermal fillers. Botox is an abbreviation of botulinum toxin. Originally Botox has been described as a deadly poison. Today, doctors have reaped Botox to make it safe and secure to be used for cosmetic surgery.

The toxin is injected in small amounts in various areas where a customer has wrinkles, such as the forehead. The toxin binds at the end and nerve paralysis. It does this by blocking the muscles of the chemical acetylcholine release, which would normally signal the muscle to contract.

Botex has the advantage of not affecting the surrounding muscles, but only the muscle, it is focused on. The result is that relaxes the muscle, which reduces the effects of wrinkles in this area. Botox has been used in the cosmetic industry for ten years and has a good basis for simple reasons.

There are a variety of dermal filling, which can also be used to combat the aging process. The first five are those currently Collagen, Hylaform, Restylane, Scultptra and Radiesse. The purpose of filling the skin is mainly to “fill in” this part of the face. Over time, the natural collagen and hyaluronic acid in the face disappears gradually. This causes the face of washout and a “sunk in appearance. The dermal filler is injected into the hollow areas to fill them again, causing wrinkles from the inside. It also replaces the moisture lost over the years, making skin regains its radiance and the new look.

Collagen filling is made from bovine collagen, which comes from cowhide. It improves wrinkles and lip increase that has been lost over the years. The effect lasts from 3 to 6 months. A client must undergo a skin test before the operation, as there are half a high risk of hypersensitivity. One application is required for all purposes.

The Restylane and Hylaform are very similar. Both are wrinkles and lip augmentation. The effects last up to one year, longer than collagen. However, they are also more expensive. The difference between Restylane and Hylaform is that the former is made from rooster and coombs second bacteria. The Restylane also tends to be the most expensive.

The Scultptra and Radiesse cost roughly the same, but more than the previous ones. Both are made synthetically. The Sculptra lasts up to 2 years and is to add volume to the cheeks and face areas rather than removing wrinkles. Radiesse is for wrinkles and lasts up to 2 years or more.

The best way to keep our youth is alive through proper diet and exercise. We should begin to address themselves as young as possible. But for some of us who have left things a little late, cosmetic surgery is coming up with some good substitutions.

Gone are the days where you need to go under the knife and stay for the weeks to recover. These solutions are best for you in the long run. There was some swelling involved in a few options, but nothing compared to the amount of bruising of surgery. This is not about rearranging your face look young but simply to replace what you have lost.
